installing the freight elevator for him. This is a 2100 lb capacity commercial elevator, which has 25 feet of travel and will
travel 100 f.pm. what we have here is a Thyssenkrupp Elevator combined with a Vertical Express controller. With the purchase
of this Elevator you will receive 3 months of free Elevator maintenance. Price is 15,500 for parts and if you would like it
installed its another 15,500. This elevator is fully up to code with Pennsylvania, However if your in New Jersey or Delaware
you will need to buy an up to code car station for this elevator. we will be happy to send you a quote. In addition we will
sell and/or install this elevator for you anywhere within a 100 mile radius. We have provided you with files and drawings
that you can download and look at along with the original proposal. In addition we are providing you with pictures of the
